Sheila Kidenda is a Practice and Operations Lead with over a decade of experience structuring and delivering complex initiatives across public and private sector environments. Her work focuses on translating strategy into execution, ensuring that advisory engagements are coordinated, disciplined, and delivered to completion.
She has led work spanning business process re-engineering, enterprise setup, and programme delivery, including experience supporting Kenya’s Ease of Doing Business reforms and leading operational initiatives at IBM Research Africa. She has also built and operationalised businesses from the ground up, including leading the development and launch of a hospitality enterprise and training institution.
Sheila’s strength lies in bringing structure to complex, multi-stakeholder environments, aligning teams and partners around delivery, and ensuring that priorities move from intent to implementation. She has managed large-scale projects involving government, private sector, and community stakeholders, with a focus on execution under constraint.
At Momentum Africa, she is responsible for institutionalising the firm’s engagement model, strengthening execution discipline, and ensuring that advisory work translates into structured, repeatable outcomes. She oversees workplan management, coordination across advisory teams, and the systems that underpin delivery.
Sheila holds a Master’s in Information Technology from Coventry University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Information Technology from Africa Nazarene University.
